Our roller chains conform to ISO, DIN, ANSI, GB, JIS, and ASA standards, and are available in models ranging from 06C-35-240 to 04B-48B simplex, duplex, and triplex, as well as custom models to meet our customers’ specific requirements. The chains are made of high-quality carbon steel, with 40Mn for the roller and bush, and 40CR for the pin.
All spare parts of our chains are heat-treated, quenched, and tempered, and controlled within a reasonable tolerance range that complies with industry standards. Our chains also have a tensile strength that is 15% higher than the standard.
Our chains are self-lubricated with excellent grease and come in both self-color and shot-peened finishes. They can be matched with sprockets freely and are suitable for use in a wide range of industries.
